The book "京都工芸 ― 尋訪20伝統工芸品牌" was published in China by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press as a product of the "Japan-China Cultural Exchange of Traditional Craftspeople" and "Information Dissemination through NSN Apps in China," a project of the Sasakawa Japan-China Friendship Fund FY2022. The book was produced by the Shanghai Foundation for the Preservation of Immaterial Cultural Heritage to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic relations between Japan and China and to disseminate information on the results of this project. The NPO Kyoto Culture Association cooperated in writing the Japanese manuscript and photographing the works. The book is available at bookstores in China and on the Internet.

This exhibition was organised to give a general overview of Kyoto's hanamachi culture. In Aichi Prefecture. The exhibition was organised with the cooperation of the Kyoto Traditional Art Foundation (Ookini Foundation) and other related organisations.
The exhibition featured photographs by Mizobuchi Hiroshi, a photographer who continues to take pictures of the Hanamachi district, along with the gorgeous costumes and crafts of Geiko and Maiko, who are praised as 'walking works of art', and introduced the progress of these women as inheritors of traditional Japanese culture.
